1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the products and services provided by Myko+ , you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our products or services.
2. Products and Services
a. Product Information: The Company provides skincare products as described on our website. Product information is available on the product pages, as well as the page of the company, of the product. Product ingredients are not listed on the website, but are listed on the products themselves. It is up to the consumer to check the ingredients before application of skincare.
b. Ordering and Payments: Orders can be placed through our website. Payment information and transactions are securely processed. Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.
c. Shipping: We strive to process and ship orders promptly. Shipping times may vary based on location and external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
d. If you have not made an account, Email will be the main source of product update. Myko+ will not be responsible for the lack of updates if incorrect
e. Myko+ will not be held responsible for any possible injury/side effect, harm or death associated with the use of products sold. It is up to the individual to use with their own intuition/ or seek professional advice before application.
3. Returns and Refunds
a. Return Policy: We accept returns within 48 hours of the purchase date. Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the product returned is deemed unsatisfactory/has been used/tampered, a refund will not be issued under no circumstances.
b. Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment once the returned products are received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds also require the customer to actively communicate with Myko for refund details. Failure to respond to a refund claim within 48 hours will render the refund enquiry invalid.
c. Myko+ is not responsible for any damages/lost packages that occur during delivery as we have no control of how the products are handled once handed to the corresponding courrier. All our goods are packaged with delivery conditions in mind. May an issue arise with the condition in which the package was received, you may contact the courier yourself. If you have input the wrong address, you have 24 hours to contact us for a change of delivery location, otherwise the package will be automatically shipped and have no grounds for refund.

a. Trademarks: All myko+ trademarks, service marks, and logos used on our website are the property of the Company. Unauthorized use of these marks is prohibited.
